"After a water line burst under the dishwasher, I filed a claim and began working with a claim handler. Drew called me within a couple days of filing the claim to ask how the process was going and to offer assistance if I needed anything throughout the process. When my repair estimate came in, I was very concerned that it didn’t account for all the damage that had been sustained to the floor. I worked with multiple people at Drew Santine’s office, and Drew himself too, and they went above and beyond to reassure me that the estimate could be re-evaluated and helped me through the process with the claims department. I’m very grateful to everyone, and especially Christin, Mariah, Dave, and Drew for their assistance. I honestly don’t think I’ve had another company go so far above and beyond to take care of a customer. Thank you all!"
